Relationships don't always work the way we want them to. When we reach a point of not knowing what to do, or how to make things better, getting help sooner than later may make all the difference.
As a trained and Certified Gottman Method Therapist, I integrate research-based approaches in helping couples grow closer, manage differences, and create opportunities for shared meaning and connection. Working as a relationship coach, I provide couples tools to deepen their friendship and effectively deal with conflict, especially with the "stuck issues".
Couples struggling with addiction and recovery issues
are offered therapy integrating Gottman Method approaches based on my research at Mental Research Institute and in collaboration with Dr. John Gottman.
